Supporting the children in our care
It takes about two minutes. Here is what happens after you apply.
Bethlehem House of Bread began in 1985 as an outreach mission in Baliwag, Bulacan, led by Rev. Fr. Boyet Concepcion with the support of the local community. Meeting so many malnourished and neglected children made one thing clear — outreach alone was not enough. They needed a home.
Construction began on 26 April 1997 on land donated for that purpose in Little Baguio, and the house has cared for children ever since. We remain dependent on donations and community support, and we account for every peso of it.
Bethlehem House of Bread is a humble apostolate, pure in its ways and faithful to its goal of living out the Lord’s words: “Whoever welcomes a child such as these children for My sake welcomes Me, and whoever welcomes Me, welcomes Him who sent Me.” (Mark 9:37). It is about finding love and serving Christ in the malnourished children of the poor, whom the House is dedicated to care for. Ultimately, God’s plan for His chosen community shall be fulfilled.
Bethlehem apostolate shall strive to bring about normal physical health and spiritual nourishment for the malnourished children of the poor and for those who will participate in this spiritually rewarding undertaking.
